Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

Just email us at gading@pallmore.com.au with your order number to start the return process.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to show in your account.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

If you’d like a different size or colour, just let us know, we’ll be happy to help if stock is available.
